• Responsible for reviewing, refining, and elevating all content produced by our team to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company's brand voice.
• Work closely with writers, SEO specialists, and marketing strategists to ensure that all content is optimized for both user engagement and search engines.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to verify the technical correctness of content, particularly when addressing complex topics such as IT solutions
• Oversee content across different formats, from web pages and blogs to white papers and social media posts.
• Review for grammar, punctuation, style, and tone, maintaining consistency across all content.
• Optimize content for readability using best practices for formatting, headings, lists, and visuals, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce editorial guidelines for the brand, ensuring that all content reflects the company's style, voice, and tone.


Prerequisites:


• Exceptional editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to improve clarity, structure, and flow of content without losing the original intent or voice.
• Ability to catch even the smallest errors in grammar, punctuation, or formatting, while ensuring content is polished and professional.
• Capable of providing constructive feedback to writers and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of different content formats (long-form, short-form, web, technical, creative) and the specific requirements for editing each.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.


Additional skills preferred:


• Familiarity with B2B marketing content editing, especially SaaS product marketing materials.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Experience with web content optimization, including on-page SEO techniques, meta descriptions, and keyword usage.
