Job Description


The Associate Project Manager will receive guidance and support from the manager to plan and execute Finance Learning operational priorities., such as learning events, training academies, and e-learning creation. Also, this position will be responsible for reporting on learning metrics to the Finance organization. This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills, focus and flexibility, a creative mindset, and stakeholder management abilities. The chosen candidate will be expected to handle frequent ad-hoc requests with high personal and professional integrity while ensuring timely completion. Functional Responsibilities Support the creation and execution of a Finance-wide learning and development initiative Build and develop internal training content, including e-Learning courses, and assess external training content for the Finance Organization. Partner with internal subject-matter experts to ensure the design, development, and deployment of high-quality e-learning and demos Track and monitor the success of the Finance learning plan through the tracking of KPIs focused on crisp visuals and clear story-telling. Support cross-functional initiatives Undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Audiovisual production, or a related field 3+ years of business experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy Capable of effectively handling multiple demands from a variety of sources Experience with the learning and development cycle and as an instructor or trainer, is a plus Able to pick up new software quickly and self-train utilizing all available training and internet resources Interpersonal skills: be proactive, self-driven with strong collaboration skills, requiring minimal supervision promotes a diverse and inclusive work environment be open and welcoming to change be a creative and strategic thinker, have an ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, prioritize and meet tight deadlines The Department / Team Finance Mission: To provide data-driven financial insight to support execution of superior, real-time operating and strategic decisions with timely and reliable financial reporting.
