Position Title: Content Development - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Department: Learning and Organization Development
Location: Thane
Reporting to: Head of L&OD
Overview of the position: To oversee the Content development, training and related activities and to coordinate with the stakeholders ensuring that expected standards are adhered to. You will be working as a part of Learning Content Design & Development team which is responsible for the creation, curation, and deployment of various training modules ( AV + Non AV ) across Company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Functional Responsibilities
Create training content as required:
• Design training content for new courses during the planning stage, related to functional, process, sales and behavioral aspects
• Work with stakeholders and managers to finalize the instructional design phase, content manuals, and support and TTT materials
• Align course material to market needs as well as the learners' initial capabilities
• Support and execute entire cycle of content and process from inception through evaluation and feedback.
• Liaise with other functional managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development, and to ensure they are fully informed of staff training and development objectives, purposes and achievements
Program/Project Management: Manage content development projects effectively, using agile methodologies, design thinking formats, and a solid systems-thinking approach.
Collaboration: Collaborate with SME to align content with strategic goals and drive business impact. Business and Visual Communication: Convey complex information through clear and engaging visuals in addition to clear written and verbal communication
2. Administrative Tasks
• Send reports on faculty observations to all stakeholders and follow-up on all actionable
• Manage training resources (manuals, lab requirements, certificates, etc.) as per the set process and within approved budgets
• Evaluate existing curriculum on a periodic basis
• Interact with the stakeholders and managers on current/additional curriculum
• Works with the central team to create new course's training drafts and evaluate the feasibility of the same
• Maintain Reports for review on content development TAT
Skills and Competencies:
• Experienced in handling multiple SME's and stakeholder management.
• Must be in a Strategic and Leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies and learning frameworks.
• Must have team management experience.
• Advanced expertise in Content Building
• People Management
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: B Pharma / D Pharm / Microbiology / Biology + MBA/PGDM ( Added Advantage )
• Work Experience: 3-5 Years of experience
• Certifications : AI Tools , Canva , Creative content writing course , Learning Management Systems (LMS) systems ,PMP, PowerPoint Advanced ,SCORM, LMS , Instructional Designer
• Language: English , Hindi
• Any Special work conditions required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
