Highly skilled and authoritative specialists offer services which range from consulting to craft & prototyping to solution & implementation and operation - everything out of one hand!We are looking for: Content Developer \xe2\x80\x93 Product Training\xc2\xb7 Develop assigned content so that it aligns to the course specifications.\xc2\xb7 Integrate the department design standards into all learning content.\xc2\xb7 Manage project timelines.\xc2\xb7 Develop educational course materials, focusing on facilitator-led training and certification.\xc2\xb7 Attend course/curriculum development team planning discussions and team functions to keep apprised of client needs and project status.Use your skills to move the world forward!\xc2\xb7 Course design and development in a corporate training environment.\xc2\xb7 Experience in developing courseware in a highly technical and/or mechanical environment.\xc2\xb7 Experience in working both independently and in a collaborative, team-based environment.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to develop and execute instructional design projects.\xc2\xb7 Experience with learning design and development software that is used for course development; intermediate skill level required for Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative/Technical Suite, and Microsoft Office 2007 (such as Word and PowerPoint).\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to execute initiatives on time and on budget.\xc2\xb7 Project management skills and experience in working on and delivering multiple initiatives.\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently, manage one\xe2\x80\x99s own work, and stay motivated.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work with ambiguity and constant change.\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with an iterative approach and stakeholder ownership of materials (collaborative development.)Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.This role is based in Bangalore, where you\xe2\x80\x99ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries - and the shape of things to come.We\xe2\x80\x99re Siemens.
