We are looking for a creative and strategic Content & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. This hybrid role involves creating engaging content across multiple platforms while also managing influencer partnerships to amplify our brand reach and drive engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both content creation and influencer marketing, with a passion for storytelling, social media trends, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop and publish high-quality content for blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design content strategies aligned with overall business goals and target audience.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
• Create engaging, brand-aligned visual and written content for various platforms (social media, website, newsletters).
• Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement.
• Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce visually compelling content.
• Influencer Marketing:
• Identify, research, and engage with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators across social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness and product promotion.
• Negotiate partnerships and manage influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with influencers to create compelling, authentic, and engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
• Track and report influencer marketing performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and new influencers to incorporate into campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation and influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and influencer landscapes.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Ability to measure campaign performance and report on key metrics.
• Knowledge of FTC guidelines related to influencer marketing.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
