Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative content creator to join our team and help us tell our brand story and understand our customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing video content that captures the essence of our brand, as well as conducting customer research interviews and translating the findings into engaging video narratives.

Responsibilities:

• Brand Identity Videos:
• Develop and produce video content that showcases our brand personality, values, and mission.
• This may include customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes glimpses, explainer videos, and more.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop video concepts and scripts.
• Shoot high-quality video footage using film cameras and professional audio equipment.
• Edit and polish videos using industry-standard editing software.
• Customer Research Videos:
• Conduct customer research interviews to gather insights and feedback.
• Develop engaging video narratives that tell the stories of our customers and their experiences with our brand.
• Ensure that research findings are accurately and effectively communicated through video content.
• Content Strategy:
• Stay up-to-date on current video trends and best practices.
• Develop and implement video content strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.
• Track and analyze video performance metrics to measure success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating compelling video content, particularly for brand identity and customer research purposes.
• Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and how to use video to effectively communicate a message.
• Proficiency in operating film cameras and professional audio equipment.
• Excellent editing skills using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience conducting customer research interviews and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and passionate about video production and storytelling.
