Job Title: Content Creator cum Social Media Influencer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and publish engaging content (images, videos, text) across various social media platforms including You tube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement content strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives.
• Monitor social media trends and use insights to optimize content and drive engagement.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities to build strong relationships with our audience.
• Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media content and campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the marble industry to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
• Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
• Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
• Conduct live sessions, product demonstrations, and other interactive activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Influencer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Creativity and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Basic photography and videography skills; experience with editing software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience in the marble, construction, or related industries.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work and successful social media campaigns.
