We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern/Content Creation Intern to join our marketing team at •The Zappy Box•. Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Work on innovative campaigns, reels, stories, and posts that resonate with our audience.
• Social Media Management:
• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly.
• Photography & Videography:
• Assist in styling and shooting aesthetically pleasing visuals of our gift hampers and products.
• Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Trend Research:
• Stay updated on industry and social media trends to brainstorm fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
• Explore new tools and platforms to improve social media strategy.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track social media performance and provide weekly reports on growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify insights to optimize future content and strategies.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to align content with branding and campaign goals.
• Contribute ideas to upcoming marketing and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Strong passion for social media and digital content creation.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Illustrator is a plus).
• Excellent writing and communication skills to craft compelling captions and copy.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Basic photography and video editing skills are a bonus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ?9,000.00 per month
