Job Description
Job Title : Social Media Content Creator & Digital Marketer (Real Estate)
Key Responsibilities :
• Create engaging reels and video content showcasing properties in Udaipur, highlighting their unique features, location, and amenities.
• Develop creative storytelling around each property to captivate and engage the target audience.
• Edit and enhance video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the sales team and property agents to gather key selling points and updates on properties.
• Stay updated on real estate trends and local Udaipur market insights to tailor content to potential buyers.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in content creation , particularly for social media and video marketing .
Creative thinking with an eye for aesthetics and detail, especially for showcasing properties in Udaipur's unique landscape .
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage viewers.
