We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Content Creator and Editor to join our team in Kadavanthra, Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating creative content ideas, directing video shoots with models, and producing and editing high-quality video content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop fresh and engaging content ideas aligned with the brand's objectives.

2. Plan and direct video shoots, ensuring smooth coordination with models and other stakeholders.

3. Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment.

4. Edit videos using industry-standard software, incorporating effects, transitions, music, and graphics to enhance content.

5. Collaborate with the team to create content for social media, advertisements, and other platforms.

6. Stay updated with current content trends and editing techniques to deliver innovative output.

7. Organize and manage all media files efficiently to ensure seamless project execution.

8. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets quality standards.

9. Analyze content performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

10. Work under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality.

Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred due to role specifications.
• Proven experience in content creation, direction, and video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting, framing, and sound recording.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing past content creation and editing work is mandatory.
