MBS is seeking a talented and versatile full time Content Creator with expertise in videography and photography, coupled with public speaking skills, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to engage audiences through captivating content. As a Content Creator at MBS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our clients across various industries, leveraging your videography and photography skills to create impactful visual content and your public speaking skills to effectively communicate ideas and concepts. Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and impactful content strategies customized to the specific objectives and target audiences of clients across diverse industries, including healthcare, FMCG, hospitality, IT, and more.
• Generate high-quality visual content, including videos, photographs, and multimedia elements, for a range of digital platforms, ensuring alignment with each client\'s brand identity and industry standards.
• Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video content, collaborating closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life and create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Utilize videography and photography equipment and techniques to capture high-quality footage and images, ensuring visual consistency and excellence across all content produced.
• Edit and post-produce video content, incorporating graphics, animations, and effects as needed to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Conduct on-camera interviews and presentations, utilizing public speaking skills to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and key messages to audiences.
• Manage content calendars, schedules, and deadlines for clients across diverse industries, ensuring timely delivery of assets and consistent engagement with target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and industry-specific KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in videography, photography, and digital marketing, leveraging new opportunities to enhance content creation and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Photography, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Photographer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse visual content across different platforms and industries.
• Proficiency in videography and photography equipment and techniques, with experience in shooting and editing high-quality video content.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and key messages effectively on camera and in person.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms, as well as industry-specific channels relevant to clients in sectors such as healthcare, FMCG, hospitality, IT, etc.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into compelling visual content that resonates with target audiences.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively across multiple client projects and industries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and liaise with clients and stakeholders across diverse industries.
• Passion for digital marketing and a genuine interest in staying abreast of industry trends and developments, with a commitment to delivering impactful solutions that drive results.
