We are currently seeking a Content Creation Specialist (Hindi) at Raaz. This role involves working directly with the founding team from our office in Bangalore. The responsibilities for this position include:

• Create viral content leveraging trends and audience insights to drive high engagement.

• Develop strategies that align with Raaz Appxe2x80x99s mission and resonate with the target audience.

• Craft short-form content such as reels, shorts, posts, and ads, ensuring brand consistency.

• Oversee the production of long-form content like YouTube videos, podcasts, and educational series.

• Lead content initiatives from ideation to execution in collaboration with teams and creators.

• Monitor social media metrics to optimize strategies and enhance reach and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven ability to create viral content that drives engagement and connects with diverse audiences.

• Strong command of Hindi, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and audience preferences.

• Skilled in analyzing content performance through analytics tools and optimizing strategies effectively.
