Position Overview: The Content Creation Manager & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of content creation initiatives as well as digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of content marketing and digital marketing principles. Key Responsibilities:1. Content Strategy and Creation: - Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and target audience. - Lead a digital marketing team including designers, and multimedia specialists to produce high-quality and engaging content across various channels including website, blog, social media, email, and more. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to ensure content alignment with overall marketing initiatives and brand messaging. 2. Digital Marketing Strategy: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and customer acquisition. - Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., optimizing performance and ROI. - Utilize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website. - Monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions. 3. Team Leadership and Management: - Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the content creation and digital marketing teams. - Set clear goals and objectives for team members, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to foster professional growth and development. - Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence. 4. Content and Digital Marketing Optimization: - Continuously optimize content and digital marketing strategies based on performance metrics, industry trends, and best practices and experimentation to improve content engagement, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in content marketing and digital marketing, and integrate new tools and techniques as appropriate. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred. - 6+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and related fields. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful content for YouTube videos, reels, banners, and digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results. - Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in managing a team. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. - Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving. - Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
