Job Description

We are looking to hire a qualified Content Writer for interacting for promoting our services and products by interacting with customers on social media networks. Content writer responsibilities include updating our social media pages, responding to followers and tracking user engagement. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent web content writing skills and experience advertising on multiple social networks.

Ultimately, you will ensure we maintain a strong online voice and brand consistent with our marketing goals.

Responsibilities

- Produce quality writing that connects with target audiences, boosts engagement, and enhances brand awareness

- Write content that promotes our products and services

- Conduct in-depth research and convey findings with accuracy

- Revise and edit content before publication

- Stay current on marketing and general industry trends to augment content development

- Work with content strategists to build editorial calendars

- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in branding, style, and messaging

Write, edit and publish engaging posts for social media networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)

Optimize social media content (language, message, tone) on the basis of the behavior of our target audience

Select appealing graphics and videos for complementing the text

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Social Media Copywriter or similar role

Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise

Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

Familiarity with online paid advertising

Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image and video)

Excellent communication skills

BSc in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
