Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our digital marketing team in the pharmaceutical sector. This role will support the creation, management, and distribution of engaging content across various digital platforms to enhance our brand presence, educate stakeholders, and drive engagement within the healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for digital channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and blogs, focusing on pharmaceutical products and healthcare topics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Content Management:
• Organize and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and update existing content to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.
Digital Strategy Support:
• Assist in the implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze competitor content and industry trends to identify opportunities for new content development.
SEO and Analytics:
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
• Use analytics tools to track content performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, medical affairs, and sales, to gather insights and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, including webinars, online events, and promotions.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all content adheres to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Participate in content reviews and approval processes to maintain high quality and accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS platforms).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing is a plus.
