Whatever your role at ANZ, you\'ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.What will your day look like?As a Content Chapter Lead, you will have the opportunity to:Drive and deliver content production initiatives for the multichannel delivery of well-managed & personalised content at scale.Be a thought leader in the content production, management and governance space and advocate for best practise to ensure ANZ is adopting the best tools and procedures at every step.Identify strategic opportunities and take ownership of their successful implementation.Embed a data and value-driven mindset in the team to ensure performance is tracked and improved upon.Lead by example: embody ANZ\'s values and behaviours in your daily practises to develop an engaged and resilient team.Coach, uplift and grow the team: Encourage curiosity and a growth mindset. Promote a continuous development culture. You will support recruitment and develop top talent and proactively manage underperformance.Communicate and connect with other content leads and Chapter Leads across DSE and PSD to ensure alignment of objectives.Champion the experience of the customer and your colleagues in everything you do.Prioritise to ensure your efforts and those of your chapter are always contributing to Tribe, Portfolio and Divisional objectives.Practise a bias for delivery to ensure initiatives are completed on time, to a high standard.Continuously improve your expertise on emerging trends and practises.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Proven experience developing strategic plans for large content teamsExperience guiding the improvement of tools, procedures and capabilitiesA growth mindset and a strategic 2 to 5-year strategic outlook with a commitment to continuous improvementA willingness to contribute at the production build, review and publishing levelExperience in content execution across multiple digital tools and platformsBroad knowledge of digital platforms and trends and curiosity in developing new skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilities with engaging interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage competing projects, priorities, schedules and deliverablesPride in delivering the best outcomesComfort producing and communicating a business caseDeep awareness of Adobe Experience Cloud, content delivery and analytics platforms and the broader digital content ecosystemA considered and practical approach to governance and risk managementAbility to quickly absorb and process information and adopt new skillsComfort in seeking feedbackThe confidence of your team, peers and leaders as a credible subject matter expert, coach and guideExperience persuading, influencing and building relationshipsKindness, a sense of humour and the desire to maintain a positive work environment and team culture.You\'re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
