Corporate Actions team is responsible for the collection and maintenance of high-quality data across a wide range of financial markets and asset classes. The analysts are required to source the information from the defined sources and ingest/enter the information into database using proprietary collection methodology including the benefit information. This information is time critical and requires to be processed within the set timeline and quality parameters.Deliver everything assigned as per the work priority targets and ensure all corporate actions are process as per agreed turnaround time so that we can meet the metric requirements of timeliness.Meet quality targets focus on First Time Right accuracy scores consistently and meet relevant S&Q metric targets on month basis. Maintain less than 2 manual errors in a quarter identified via both internal and externalTrack and record work done on daily basis and ensure to complete the CIP ILOG on weekly basisActively participate in the huddle and meeting, contribute towards the team's improvements and initiativesEnsure to be available as and when required by the team either from office or home. Ensure to keep the BCP documents up to date and ensurer all the critical tasks are completed as agreed timelinesMonitor all client queries & ensure better timeliness & quality of resolution (CAP Approach) as per the agreed service targets by partnering CST, HD and counterparts.Provide comprehensive, quality & timely data to our customers, ensure zero tolerance on follow up due to incorrect or incomplete resolutionsContribute towards drafting RCA for data corrected cases and come up with multiple preventive measures to reduce manual errorsEnsure to track all production related aspects to determine daily volumes and challenges expected to be reported to TL and SCA on real timeMaintaining MTTR TargetRole Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Demonstrates French market / language skills to deliver on customer / business requirements
- Supports in the resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues
- Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets
- Uses the approved sources to identify the data and use the data as is defined in the collection policy
- Communicates and works with internal and external teams to support sourcing and collection of data
- Adheres to the quality metrics and prioritizes activities to support business and customer requirements
- Supports specific projects assigned and meets or exceeds the metrics defined
- Suggests process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.- Collaborates with team members- shares views in discussionsQualifications & Experience:- French Language - B2
- Bachelors degree or similar education
