PURPOSE

The Content Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Arabic Speaking role sits within London Stock Exchange Group\xe2\x80\x99s Data & Analytics business function. As part of Financial Content Operations, the role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely information of companies in the Middle East and North Africa Region (MENA) through extensive updates. The ideal candidate is a growth minded team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

This role is a hybrid working role, with a blended approach of home and office working.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Maintain the MENA Private Companies database through extensive updates (secondary research, phone call validation and data entry)
• Ensure that relevant information is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner
• Monitor and reflect relevant regional news published
• Achieve monthly productivity targets set by the team
• Maintain a high standard of quality of work reviewed by manager in terms of accuracy, timeliness and completeness
• Establish a sound understanding and knowledge of business environment in the MENA region
• Support in projects related to workflow efficiency and simplification

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Holder of a BS in Business / Marketing / Management / Economics
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 verbal and written
• Ability to research and source company information
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory, such as Microsoft Office
• Professional telephone manners
