Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and provide information about our programs and services.
• Assist beneficiaries, donors, and stakeholders with accurate and timely responses.
• Document and maintain detailed records of interactions in the system.
• Resolve concerns or queries effectively while maintaining a compassionate and professional tone.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Achieve set performance targets while upholding the organization's values and mission.
Requirements: • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
• Prior experience in customer service or a contact center role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in using computer systems and basic office tools.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
