Responding to customer queries via call, chat, and Email.
Ensuring all agent KPI (Key performance indicators) are met, not limited to, AHT, NPS, Time on System, Quality scoresEligibility Criteria:
Fluent speaking and writing ability in English.
Graduate.
Fresher can apply.
The age limit is not more than 35 years.
Comfortable with rotational night shifts is a must.
