Job Description
Job:Consumer LendingLocation:Chennai:4-10 years of experience working with a Consumer Lending Division of an organization in India and/or an IT Consulting firm specializing in Lending domain (Preferred worked in Indian Market)
Good understanding of the loan origination lifecycle and experience working on leading Loan origination systems operating in India geography
Experienced in all phases of the Project Development Life Cycle: Business Analysis, GAP analysis. Portfolio Performance Management and Project Finance Management across Analysis, Design, Build, Testing and Delivery
Facilitate Requirement discussion with business owners and technical developers, gather document and manage requirements.
Proficient in creating Requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams and banks (BRDs/FRDs)
Preferably Agile experience - EPIC/User story writing vis tools such as JIRA, Confluence
Participate in client engagement (pursuits, projects, discussions) and provide value add to the client from a domain/business point of view
Excellent communication & presentation skills , Excellent stakeholder management, clear communication and timely reporting
