:The SAP GRC Operations Resource is responsible for the support and maintenance of the SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) module, ensuring secure and efficient operations. This role oversees user access, monitors compliance risks, and works closely with both technical and business teams to ensure optimal system performance and security.Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage SAP GRC system performance, ensuring it is functionally efficient and secure.
• Configure and administer access controls in SAP GRC; create or update roles, assign privileges, and manage user administration.
• Perform risk assessment and manage security violations using SAP GRC Risk Analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditing teams to ensure consistent compliance with industry standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues or inefficiencies, proposing solutions as necessary.
• Guide and train end-users on best practices for system use.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of SAP GRC system updates and enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, operational procedures, and any system changes.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support of critical prod SAP GRC systems.
• Stay updated of the latest developments in SAP GRC technology, making recommendations for updates and process improvements when beneficial.
• Work in the agile team setup with self-organization.

• +2 years of experience with SAP GRC, including setup, testing, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of IT risk management and audit principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of GRC upgrades and note implementations.
• Good team player capable of working in a challenging and demanding environment.
• Ability to continuously adapt to new technologies and learn new systems.
• Additional knowledge on ABAP and Fiori is a plus point.
• Working experience in agile teamsetup.
