Deloitte exemplifies the what, how, and why of change so you're always ready to act ahead.Your work profileAs a Senior Consultant in our Emerging ERP Team you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -Dynamics 365 Project OperationsThe candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality implementation of solutions and project delivery. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee that our products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Below are some of the key responsibilities: * Requirement Gathering: Facilitate client workshops to elicit detailed requirements, identify process gaps, and propose actionable recommendations for optimizing business processes.

• Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Project Operations to align with client business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Work closely with development teams to achieve on-time delivery, resolve defects, and improve product quality.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and deliver tailored Microsoft Power Platform solutions that empower them to enhance customer relationships and drive growth.
• Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team of Power Platform experts, nurturing their skills and expertise, and fostering a collaborative work culture.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.

Primary Skillset:

• Functional Consultant/Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 Project Operations, leading full lifecycle implementations, from initial requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Facilitate client workshops to elicit detailed requirements, identify process gaps, and propose actionable recommendations for optimizing business processes.
• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Project Operations to align with client business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation journey, including comprehensive training sessions and effective troubleshooting to address any challenges.
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications and detailed design documents for customizations and integrations, ensuring clarity and alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants to ensure that functional requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions, fostering seamless project execution.
• Thorough understanding of Project-based Quote and Contract concepts in Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Proficient in managing bookable resources, skills, resource bookings & resource allocation in Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Proficient in working with sales/cost Price lists, organization units & Project specific price lists in Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Proficient in working with Project management concepts such as task scheduling, resource requirements, resource assignments, and effort estimations in Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Proficient in working with the Time entry, and expense approval process in Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Working experience with dual-write setup and configuration to support Dynamics 365 Project Operations integration with D365 F&O
• Experience in different ways of integrating systems with other data sources, performing analysis, and deciding the appropriate approach.
• Provide support to clients during testing and go-live phases.

Secondary Skillset:

• Consulting and/or operational experience.
• Profound knowledge and expertise in Dataverse, PowerApps Model Driven.
• Ability to develop and manage client relationships.
• The ability to meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives.

Desired QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years relevant experience with a total experience of 5-6 years.Location and way of working

• Base location: PAN India
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
