The team
Deloitte is working with global customers on cloud technologies to help unlock growth, stability, and sustainability by enabling them to spot unseen business trends through curation, transformation, and blending of data. In our endeavors for continued expansion, we\'re searching for like-minded individuals to help us \'take it to the next level\'.
In this exciting opportunity for an experienced developer, you will join a team delivering a transformative cloud hosted data platform for some of the world\'s biggest organizations. The candidate we seek, needs to have a proven track record in implementing data ingestion and transformation pipelines on Microsoft Azure. Deep technical skills and experience with working on Azure Databricks. Familiarity with data modelling concepts and exposure to Synapse.
You will also be required to participate in stakeholder management, highlight risks, propose deliver plans and estimate for time and team size based on requirements. Hence, adequate levels of communication skills and relevant experience in handling such situations is desired.

Required Skills and experience
Below is the requirement:-
In the coverage tool data labeling or dialog design will entail:
a. Label Structures: Agent (discarded) vs. Customer
i. Customer: Dialogue Designer read through the customer\'s part of the transcripts and label each of the following:
1. answer,
2. head intent,
3. other (small talks),
4. question (Supplementals).
ii. Agent: The agent is replaced by Label Agent Questions and Answers (see the section below).
b. Label Drivers:
. Once the Contractor receives the audio transcripts, DDs go to the customer\'s website and find existing categorizations and terminologies that the customer used.
i. Based on DDs\' best judgment, DDs expand on or break down the existing categories to a final set of categories, which are called Drivers. The categories provided by the customer are a guideline, and DDs determine the Drivers based on their best knowledge and understanding.
ii. Once the Drivers are determined from the previous step, DDs read through each transcript to determine/label its Driver.
c. Label Intents (aka, Head Intents - the main reasons to contact the Agent)
