Clients & IndustriesThe Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE) is one of the core pillars of the Clients & Industries unit within the Consulting function of Deloitte India. The Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE) supports the Consulting Practice to win targeted must-wins & large value pursuits by enabling firm wide collaboration, coaching for solution excellence and market differentiation.PCOE Senior Consultant
- Pursuit COE
- Provide support and process leadership for strategy development, proposal construction, and orals preparation
- Co-ordinate with section writers, section leads, reviewers and keep a check on milestone dates, and track progress made by content owners
- End to end creative design support
- Developing high quality animation and graphics-based videos for sales and marketing efforts
- Incorporate best practices into delivery of PCOE services
- Set up and maintain online repository of best practice materials (proposals, presentations, collaterals etc.) in collaboration with other PCOE team members
- Other functions as may be necessary as part of the larger PCOE
