Deloitte\'s Human Capital services leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs from business-driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs.Your work profileAs a Manager in our SuccessFactors Team you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.Desired qualifications

• At least 7-10 years of work experience in a challenging and dynamic environment;
• Design and develop robust integration solutions using BTP and CPI technologies.
• Configure and maintain pre-built content for common SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure integration accuracy and functionality.
• Document integration processes and provide ongoing support to end-users.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SAP SuccessFactors, BTP, and CPI
• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant (8+ years)
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors APIs and integration capabilities
• Solid understanding of SAP BTP and CPI technologies
• Experience with cloud-based integration tools and methodologies (e.g., APIs, web services)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Location and way of working

• Base location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune
• This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
