  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict/escalations, and ensuring the team\'s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within their business context.
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses and daily interaction with clients.
  • Lead the execution of the day-to-day plan set forth by the Client/Deloitte Human Capital team lead.
  • Provide insights to strategy and support development of solutions for the client
  • Ensure all program management tasks are completed, including the management of risks and issues and milestone delivery.
  • Contribute to practice building and other client practice initiatives - additional responsibilities such as assisting in proposal development, as requested.
Skills Required:
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
  • Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools.
  • Understands basic HR concepts and processes, ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events.
  • Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes.
  • Experience in building functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure.
  • Ability to formulate design thinking structured methodology.
  • Bachelor\'s / Post Graduation Diploma / Master\'s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology or other relevant field.
  • This role involves extensive travel and might involve working in shifts
  • This role might require 100% on-site presence (Work from office)
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience
