Work you’ll do
As a Manager in our Consulting team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
Required Skills:

Role and Responsibilities

• Vendor Sourcing and Vendor Management.
• Analysis of consumption patterns across various geographies
• Inventory Control. Maintaining and tracking inventory.
• Ensuring excellent availability at DC and Stores
• Demand planning/forecasts for product demand trends
• Good analytical skills
• Planning and developing merchandising strategies
• Analyzing sales figures, market trends and customer behavior to determine product needs.
• Determining the need for and implementing product promotions, price changes, markdowns, clear outs, etc.
• Manage the daily operations of item/vendor maintenance and process side of merchant support. Review, evaluate, and direct the daily flow of Merchandising and Procurement data requests. Oversee and assign Merchandising requests for projects, daily balancing of work, and other support functions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with experience in Merchandising Operations management and team management
• 3+ years of experience with Retail Company as a merchandiser preferred

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in handling Category Management, Buying, Sourcing & Product Development of any retail organization.
• Product Planning, Vendor Management, Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has the ability to drive business/operational metrics through quantitative decision making, and adoption of different tools and resources
