Job Description
Should have good communications with internal and external customers Good experience with end to end EDMCS/DRM implementation & build Good experience in EDMCS Building validations & configuring Subscriptions Good experience in EDMCS Configure Work flow policies & maintenance Views Good experience in DRM configure DRM export profile & book to generate file out of DRM Good experience in create hierarchy structure in DRM for dimensions from multiple target application Good experience in create validation/verification in DRM for various hierarchy to implement business rule User training on DRM user functions, Automator & other DRM features Involve in user support activity Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issue
