Deloitte India is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to support Digital Health missions both in India and on a global scale. Our efforts revolve around addressing some of the most intricate developmental challenges in collaboration with clients from the private and public sectors worldwide.
Expected Education and Qualification Experience
- Consultants with 7 to 8 yrs. of experience (Management/Functional Profile Tier-1)
- B.E./ B.Tech/M Tech/MCA/Bachelors in relevant field and MBA or equivalent from a recognized university or Institution
- Demonstrated Experience in Digital Transformation and tech implementation projects
- has handled requirement management, development and testing for tech solution and have been part of government/private implementation project
- Can manage multi stakeholder conversation effectively
- Demonstrated experience in product design & management, program design & implementation on the field to achieve impact at scale
- Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and systems thinking skills with the capacity to see the big picture and make sound judgment
- Ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders and expectations, including Government, Funders, Tech Vendors, and Partners working with Deloitte
- Good communication skills
- Past digital public infra/ digital public good, open source experience preferred
- Identifying and prioritising growth opportunities - identifying geography specific Digital Health priorities, conducting sector wise research and white space analysis, and defining use cases aligned with developmental needs and priorities
- Rapid prototyping and development of concept notes, proofs-of-concepts and a go-to-market strategy for the identified use cases
- Independently manage deliverables, drive project management efforts, and create compelling documentation for projects
- Manage all aspects of the project, including requirements, design, development, coordination, quality assurance, communications, training, deployment, and stabilisation
- Work closely with experts / advisors to deliver on desired outcomes that are in-line with the client expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all tactical or operational tasks/deliverables/questions about the project within Deloitte, and from partners/stakeholders/funding agencies/experts.
- Work across missions and stakeholders to build relationships and drive convergence to minimize administrative costs and optimize outcomes.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders locally, regionally, and globally.
