Post Graduate degree or higher in Economics, Engineering, Business Management, or other relevant discipline from a premier institute. Expertise in spearheading strategic projects for Central/ State government initiatives, coupled with a deep understanding of national market dynamics, especially within the realms of Skill and Social projects.
At least 12-15 years of overall experience. Proven ability to lead and manage strategic PMU projects from conception to completion, including exposure to verticals of labour and employment, skill development and migration.
Must have relevant understanding on social security coverage and broad policies of the ILO. Exposure to any one of the international labour forums like G20, BRICS, ILC etc. will be an added advantage.
Should have exposure on Government Process Reengineering and developing monitoring frameworks.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of consultants.
Proven leadership experience with teams of consultants and experts, managing stakeholders, conflict resolution, coordination, and effective solutioning.
Strong ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively to varied audiences.
Proven ability to identify issues, analyses problems, and propose viable solutions in a government context and subject matter experts.
