Designation -Sr Consultant- G-20, Gig & Platform Economy, BOCW, Grievance Redressal, CDMC, Female Labour Force participation etc.04Min Qualification -Post graduate degree in Business Management/ Administration, Engineering, Economics, Social sciences, Rural development Gender studies, Public Policy, Human Resources Management or a related field.Experience and Job Profile -The Senior Consultants must have at least with 5- 10 yrs overall experience with at least 3 years of relevant work/consulting experience.

• Demonstrated experience in Secretarial roles for international labour forums like BRICS, ILC, G20 etc.
• Demonstrated experience in Future of works and new form of employment / labour market dynamics / International Workforce Mobility.
• Should have a demonstrated experience and skills in research and advisory, data analysis, and policy drafting.
• Proven experience in Process Engineering identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing effective solutions, and implementing process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and implement effective programs and interventions. Strong research skills with experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research to identify barriers and opportunities. Proficient in utilising BI tools and analytics for data-driven decision making.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement,
• preferably in government projects or large-scale initiatives in similar ministries.
• Exposure to Social Security related work, prior work in MoL&E will be preferred.
