Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

• Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional experience in Power & Utilities domain
• Understand and lead long term projects in the Power sector
• Take ownership of tasks and delivery with the ability to run your own work stream
• Be comfortable managing ambiguity and uncertain environments
• Have the willingness to learn and adapt to the changing energy landscape
• Communicate and interact effectively with senior client personnel for delivering engagements

The ideal Candidate:

• 10-12 years of experience in working with a Big 4, Accenture in Capital Project Management as M-3 or first year AD.
• Should have good communication and BD Skills

Key Responsibilities :1. Support in business development activities across multiple market segments (Govt, Private Sector, International Geographies)2. Establish a robust sales pipeline for business development3. Manage a portfolio of delivery projects and help in meeting engagement objectives set with the client4. Mentor project execution team on ground in terms of various skills around client management, project management and business development5. Support in firm level initiatives like recruitment & branding6. Establish good connects with senior leadership of existing as well as prospective clients7. Guide project delivery teams on ways and means to strengthen project delivery8. Assist in development and implementation of digital project management platformsDesired qualificationsB.E. Mech/Civil with post graduation (MBA/Post graduate diploma in Construction Management)Location and way of working

• Base location: Delhi/Mumbai/Bengaluru
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
