Summary of : Knowledge of public sector projects and program management Execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations Manage multiple programs, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization Contribute to knowledge development and management Process development and improvement Manage clients and built professional relationships Strong data analytics skills Be a strong team player Detailed : Role - Responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas of Economic Growth, Industrial Development, Economic Corridors, Public Finance, Monitoring & Evaluation Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate Actively establish & strengthen client and internal relationships Assist in developing new methodologies, frameworks and internal initiatives Responsibilities - Execution on client engagements - Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements Designing and handling framework/dashboards using modern tools and techniques Demonstrate industry expertise (detailed understanding of the industry, trends, issues/challenges and leading practices) Preparation of reports/deliverables/project tracking reports/client presentations Demonstrate ability of multi-task and manage projects Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem solving technique Contribute to knowledge management sessions within the practice
