Detailed : Role -
- Responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas of Economic Growth, Industrial Development, Economic Corridors, Public Finance, Monitoring & Evaluation
- Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate
- Actively establish & strengthen client and internal relationships
- Assist in developing new methodologies, frameworks and internal initiatives
- Execution on client engagements \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements
- Demonstrate industry expertise (detailed understanding of the industry, trends, issues/challenges and leading practices)
- Preparation of reports/deliverables/project tracking reports/client presentations
- Demonstrate ability of multi-task and manage projects
- Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem solving technique
- Contribute to knowledge management sessions within the practice
- Basic awareness of public finance and macroeconomics
- Ability to take up Economic and fiscal analysis, knowledge of statistics and advanced skills in MS Excel
- Strong research; analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Adept at picking up new concepts quickly
- A thorough team player
- Out-of-box thinking
- Adaptability to long term travel and change
