Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and achieve the vision, strategic objectives, annual business plans and P&L targets
- Sets up the sales and marketing footprint as per the business plan in both Govt. and Non-Govt. sectors
- Monitor and analyze market trends, studying competitor's product and services strategy, executing marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain an awareness of market behaviour and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
- Leverage existing product lines and commercialise new customer segments and products to grow the market and of Business
- Interact, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Knowledge and skill requirements-
- Should have experience of Sales, Digital Strategy, Go to Market Strategy in Industrial Automation or Automotive Industry or Energy
- Understanding about how Automotive Industry operates - current market trends/ Govt regulations on industry
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
