The Partner - Government Services is a pivotal leadership role within Practus, responsible for driving the overall growth and success of the Firm in the Government/ Public Sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive-level professional plays a strategic role in shaping the firm\'s direction and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to clients in the Government/Public Services. They foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that attracts, retains, and develops top talent while promoting a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the CEO and other executive leaders to develop and execute the firm\'s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with the Finance Transformation practice\'s goals and objectives. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them, leveraging extensive industry experience and networks. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and solutions to complex business challenges while fostering long-term partnerships. Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, collaboration, and delivery of tailored finance transformation services and solutions. Practice Management and Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the Finance Transformation practice, including resource allocation, budget management, and performance metrics. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous learning. Talent Acquisition and Development: Work closely with Human Resources to attract, retain, and develop top talent for the Finance Transformation practice. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and professional growth, ensuring the practice\'s continued success and competitiveness. Functional expertise/ Qualifications CA/MBA with 12 - 15 years of work-ex. Build, grow and manage business and teams. Exposure in both industry & consulting will be a plus Exposure to the Government sector is a must. Leadership gravitas and is able to \'make impact felt\' with stakeholders. Ability to strategize and effectively implement plans to deliver measurable high impact outcomes to clients. Ability to take ownership of self and people development by identifying appropriate needs and creating conducive environment for development. Willing to travel to multiple locations as part of the job profile (within City/ Outside City/ Overseas) Open and willing to embrace technology adoption for solutioning. Tech mindset will be important.
