The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is working towards building a healthier India. It is helping to address the limited institutional and systems capacity in India by strengthening education and training, advancing research and technology and facilitating policy and practice in the area of Public Health. PHFI is headquartered in New Delhi with national presence through its constituent units of regional Indian Institutes of Public Health (IIPHs) and Centers of Applied Research in core public health themes. The Foundation, established in 2006 as a public private initiative, is governed by an independent board comprising of senior government officials, eminent Indian and International academic and leaders, civil society representatives and corporate leaders. For more information, please visit the website www.phfi.org.Project Brief:The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is a public-private initiative that has collaboratively evolved through consultations with multiple constituencies including Indian and international academia, state, and central governments, multi & bi-lateral agencies and civil society groups. PHFI is a response to redress the limited institutional capacity in India for strengthening training, research, and policy development in Public Health. PHFI as SR is implementing the capacity building (Northern Region) and activities management for the HIV component of the GFATM for the period April 2024-March 2027.Deliverables:

• Coordinator- Partnership Management has to coordinate with NACO, NG-PR,SR and SACS /DACS and DISHA Unit for development of action plan.
• Strengthen the State/District level CRG activities with the support of NG-PR & SR team.
• Extended support in Formation / Strengthening of State/District CRG.
• Ensure meetings are conducted as per the timeline and TOR.
• Institutionalization of CLM within the National AIDS and STD Control Programs.
• Coordinator has to ensure that programs met the needs of the communities at all levels.
• Overall, it assesses performance, addresses barriers like access, stock outs, and discrimination.
• The Position has to demonstrate ability to plan projects, understand budgets, and implement time bound activities. Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills.
• This position is based at Delhi level.
• The position will require travel as per the need.
• Any other work assigned by the Project Director and VP- Public Health Systems, PHFI.

Qualification:Essential:

• Post-Graduation in Social Sciences/ MSW/ MPH or relevant field.

Experience:Essential:

• Around 5 years of experience in public health programs.
• Working experience in Central /state Government /NGO sector with partnership management / team lead.
• Experience in development of Training Modules / case studies /Presentations etc.

Desirable:

• Working experience in HIV/AIDS program.
• Experience in managing / leading the teams.
• Good writing skill English and Hindi and regional languages.
