CompanyRNTBCI PLAs a technical specialist, you will:\xc2\xb7 Help plan and lead integration projects between Workday and other external systems;\xc2\xb7 Design and develop Integrations, APIs and Events to expose data from the Organization and Employee Repository, as well as from the other functional modules (Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Competencies, Compensation);\xc2\xb7 Make sure that the technical projects we deliver are compliants with architecture, security and data privacy standards of Renault Group;\xc2\xb7 Support and enhance existing integrations between Workday and local payroll systems, based on PICOF, WECI and PECI standards, as well as the ShapeIn module configuration used for data ingestion in SAP.\xc2\xb7 Support and enhance existing integration between Workday and business systems.\xc2\xb7 Be responsible for proposing a plan to reduce technical debt.\xc2\xb7 Help develop the skills of the existing team.Deliverables\xc2\xb7 Study and implement solutions for the subjects listed above.\xc2\xb7 Resolve incidents and make necessary evolutions.Skills and Expertise\xc2\xb7 Expertise in the IT field, particularly in the technical aspects of Workday HCM deployment and integration projects (required certifications).\xc2\xb7 Payroll integration with Workday PICOF, WECI and PECI.\xc2\xb7 Workday integration: use of Workday Studio.\xc2\xb7 SOAP and REST APIs.\xc2\xb7 Integration with IDP (identity provider) authentication infrastructure and SAML / OpenID Connect / Oauth protocols.\xc2\xb7 Integration with SAP and knowledge of ShapeIn module\xc2\xb7 Integration with an API Manager component such as Google APIGee for the production or consumption of APIs and Events.\xc2\xb7 Event-driven Architectures, patterns and integration mechanisms with an Event Mesh (Solace)Additional Desired Skills\xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively in an international team\xc2\xb7 Document technical work thoroughly and carefully\xc2\xb7 Be interested and inquisitive about technical issues, and open to new technical possibilities.Job FamilyInformation Technologies & SystemsRenault Group is committed to creating an inclusive working environment and the conditions for each of us to bring their passion, perform to the full and grow, whilst being themselves.
