Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.ResponsibilitiesStudy customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud.Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be ProcessesPerform Design Validation and identify areas of improvementSuggest and improve business processesPrepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday HCM processes.Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday HCM functionality & configurationImpart training to users on Workday HCMQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications/skillsBE/MBA/M.TechShould have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and SupportPreferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules is critical.

• Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.

• Proficiency with business processes including: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required.

• Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project.

• Good communication and customer facing skills.

• Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting
