• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Management of OS - Compute, Memory, server resources
• Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Knowledge in core AWS services like, Storage accounts, Auto-scaling, Virtual Networks, Recovery services etc.
• Management of Vnet/VPC/VCN
• Creation of Subnets/IP Ranges
• Perform server health check-ups such as resource utilization, Zombie processes
• Maintain and frontend disaster recovery drills, backup and restore procedures
• Installing, manage and configuring Windows server OS.
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Organizational Units (OUs), domain controllers (DCs), and Trusts.
• Setup active directory accounts/users management and workstations
• Server Patching & upgrades
• ESX / VMWare support
• Storage account management along with Snapshots
• Cloud Account management
• Install and report on patch/system updates and vulnerability compliance
• Server builds, provisioning - Physical &
• Ensure system backups and retention are in place
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• keep the asset inventory to the latest
• Create architecture diagrams, documents and standard operating procedures
• Assist with the preparation of Business required / requested reports.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IS, Computer Science, MIS Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator
• Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.
• Clear understanding of core Azure services like, Storage accounts, Auto-scaling, Virtual Networks, Recovery services etc.
• Ability to create/work on scripts in Powershell.
• Experience with patching and vulnerability management
• Familiarity with networking, database, virtualization and cloud computing (AWS)
• Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Linux is added advantage
• Self-motivated team-player with positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Good ITIL knowledge
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
• Excellent business process and change management skills with ability to develop strategy, evaluate efficacy, influence stakeholders, drive implementation and measure success.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills, including the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.
