SCM EBSCThis Position belongs to SCM (EBSC) - Supporting for Buying activities globally"Responsibilities

• Ensures to maintain the required system updates in SAP and communicate with stakeholders globally in relates to IDP Schedule Changes, Vessel Operations, other shipments / route creations
• Transport Bookings, Invoice Management & MIS reporting support to Operations teams of GSC & Global Manufacturing
• Provides support to Invoice resolutions to Parked & Blocked Invoices related to Transportation Tasks
• Generate reports to Management. (MIS) & making PPTs
• Handling STO interface failure issues
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or pocesses

Qualifications

• Execute SAP updates based on inquiries / requests from our sales business units according to defined processes.
• Maintain Project Builder Data and ensure quality level
• Execute Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly check of data according to processes
• Handling Work flow Issues, providing Resolutions for Park & Blocked Invoices to AP Team
• Service and actively communicate with internal stakeholder from all over the world for tasks being done with in GSC Ops
• Contribute to delivering the promised service level to the business.
• Ensure timely reporting, feedback and communication to relevant stakeholders
• Timely & Quality deliverables as per SLA agreed with Stakeholders
• Cross Functional involvement with in Supply Chain Planning to track & push the status of new projects
• GR & IR reconciliations & Follow up on Park /Blocked Invoices
• Sound Knowledge and Hands on Experience on PO creation with buying experience
• Support Logistics Team stakeholders to improve logistics value chain efficiency
• Ensure timely reporting, feedback and communication to relevant stakeholders
• Work for Offshore integration operational support in Pre -Assembly Activity and Other Controlling Activities like: GI & GR Posting.

Competencies

• Good Analytical skill and knowledge on SCM roles.
• Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
