As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organisations through complex digital decisions.About the roleOur Cloud Engineering team is responsible for providing expert troubleshooting and support for our clients' cloud-based solutions. We work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements., Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure and applications that support these solutions, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, and Microsoft Intune.

• Implement and manage advanced identity and access management features, including Azure AD Premium functionalities.
• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.
• Implement and enforce advanced security measures within Microsoft 365, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Information Governance.
• Participate in security incident response and investigations.
