•Responsibilities •Support application forms, reports, and layout set as per customer requirements•
• •Design and manage customers' intranets•
• •Implement, support, and manage secured applications•
• •Attend, troubleshoot, and resolve assigned help desk calls and log associated activities in the help desk system•
• •Implement preset operational standards and procedures•
• •Maintain documentation for hardware/software development and configuration, and system manuals•
• •Develop detailed user training manuals, build up a knowledge-base for the section•
• •Relevant experience in support process•
• •Resource should be willing to work under shifts•
• •Knowledge on SQL queries•

•Minimum Qualifications / Skills•

• •BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA•
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills•

•Preferred Qualifications/ Skills•

• •Preference to have knowledge in .Net and knowledge of F&A•
• •Preference to have Data capture (OCR/ICR/OMR) experience•
• •Must have ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment•
• •Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meet customer needs•

• •Flexible to rotational shifts- as the candidate may have to work with global teams across different time zones.•
