• Skill to build and understand the futuristic business architecture.
• Ability to conceptualize solutions across domains and tech platforms
• Must be a self-starter and have demonstrated ability to support multiple functions and work in a cohesive team environment with minimal supervision and work effectively and cooperatively with cross functional and global teams
• Experience around data impact assessment and testing
• Independently performs Root cause analysis and generates actionable insights (where applicable).
• Ability to understand business and do discovery and impact assessment across applications.
• Understand business objectives, convert it to refined technical requirements & partner with Technology for implementation.
• Partner with business users on solving issues with data to provide quality solutions and alternatives that meet customer requirements and project deliverables.
• Manage manipulation of large datasets on big data environment to ensure seamless operations.
• Quantitative skills and comfort with data exploration tools.
• Have demonstrated ability to support multiple functions and work in a cohesive team environment.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills.
• Experience with agile methodology
• Familiarity with writing complex query using Hive/Spark/SQL
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & MS PPT.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, relationship building, and presentation/influencing skills are anticipated.
