The Sr. Solution Architect, D&T, SAP SD collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, and Sourcing functions to define, deliver and support D&T enabled business solutions. This role will also help determine business needs and design & deliver technical solutions for Sales and Distribution Area. This role has primary accountability for the delivery of Sales and Distribution solution design and implementation of new concepts as per the global business requirement.





Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Possesses deep understanding of the overall vision and business needs and utilizes this knowledge to collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Sourcing to define detailed business requirements for D&T enablement of business needs. This includes interpreting any issues and recommending solutions or best practices.
• Utilizes knowledge of best practices to determine business needs and design & deliver technical Sales and Distribution solutions, doing so in partnership with Application and Infrastructure. This includes interpreting up to the most complex issues and recommending solutions or best practices.
• Spearhead the mapping of map business requirements to optimal technical solutions.
• Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements.
• Uses breadth of expertise to solve complex problems. Provide system support and maintenance in alignment with standards and process set within the ERP Services Delivery model.
• Work within and participates in the Change Control process.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• 5-8+ years of related work experience in SAP SD and core expertise in Ecomm Areas.
• Bachelor's Engineering degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Deep expertise, understanding and knowledge of SAP - system functionality and technical understanding of SAP SD Area.
• Have been extensively worked on the HANA upgradation and Rollouts and complex enhancements.
• Worked on Pricing Reports would be an added advantage.
• Worked and Exposure to SD FM and Enhancements.
• Worked on Complex Best Price /Discount/Tax Logics.
• HANA knowledge required, ideally actively involved in implementation of SD, GTS and TM on HANA
• Ability to work in a virtual environme
