• Resolution of Tickets within SLA
• Achieving TAT as per predefined target
• Keeping Ageing tickets in control
• Identifying and resolving Problem Tickets
• Contributing in various SAP projects as per need and at client location as necessary

What we expect from you:

• Nice to have awareness of incident management process in a support environment for considerable number of users with an ability to work for SLA based service delivery.
• Nice to have knowledge about ITIL and Solution Manager
• Must have strong experience in SAP FICO.
• Must have knowledge on SAP S4 HANA functionality.
• Must have 1 or 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in FICO.
• Must have thorough understanding of SAP system from business process and cross functional perspective - especially in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Must be well versed in period-end closing activities in FICO area
• Must have knowledge of integration of FICO with other modules like SD, MM, PS etc.
• Nice to have interactions with ABAP developers for technical specifications & to understand ABAP debugging techniques to work with user-exits and cross applications.
• Must have proficiency in gathering user requirements, system design and development, configuration, testing, implementation and providing support.
• Must have expertise in project documentation.
• Awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements.
