We also support our customers current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.Position Overview:This role is for Asset and Risk Management who will Act as an Advisor for captive international pension plans of Siemens. Helping in efficiently managing topics related to assets allocation, asset manager monitoring and risk controlling. Helps prepare directed briefings for investment committees and discussion forums. Actively collaborates with geographically diversified teams on global projectsYoull make a difference by:xc2xb7 Independent implementation of the complex risk and performance monitoring of pension plans and asset manager mandates with sufficient/demonstrated subject matter knowledgexc2xb7 Understanding of key performance measurement metrics and approachesxc2xb7 Eagerness to contribute to development and optimization of the digitization processes and maintenance of Teams databases and information sourcesxc2xb7 Aware and interested in ESG implementation in asset management spacexc2xb7 Collaboration on projects and independent execution of often complex ad hoc requestsxc2xb7 Helps in preparation of briefings for senior managementxc2xb7 Guided asset-liability analyses and derivation of recommendations for optimizing the investment strategy of international pension plansxc2xb7 Working and supporting international and regionally diverse teams and colleaguesYour success is grounded in:xc2xb7 Completed master's as diploma /degree in business administration, economics, commerce, statistics or similar relevant disciplines.xc2xb7 Some professional experience (3yrs -4yrs) in the field of capital markets, wealth advisory, performance measurement, financial valuation, actuarial valuation etc. with corporate treasury, financial intermediaries, wealth advisors, mutual funds, insurance firms, actuaries or similar firmsxc2xb7 Basic understanding of database managementxc2xb7 Good understanding of key principles driving asset allocationxc2xb7 Sound knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of VBA, Python, R and Power BI, Tableau is plusxc2xb7 Experience in project management as well as experience with senior management reporting and interactionxc2xb7 Excellent ability to work in a team and enthusiasm for new challenges.xc2xb7 Excellent communication skills along with business fluent English.
