About the Role:
The role will help in supporting ECN on the Novartis portfolio analysis & supporting key stakeholders of business and helping them to take key decisions with data.
Key Responsibility

• Main responsibility of the role is to lead business projects for Novartis Group, the CEO, and the Executive Committee (ECN), with the aim of improving economic value and securing future driven advantage. Working with the Principal Consultant PMO Operations, this person in the senior role will be responsible for handling a small portfolio of the flagship projects, ensuring they deliver business results, and building a lasting capability in the in-country teams to continue to deliver these projects going forward.
• Requirements gathering for design, development and deployment of a platform or product ensuring adequate resiliency and produce high-quality solution in accordance with the PMO roadmap and project timelines.
• Execution of process engineering and operational improvement initiatives, automation, efficiency for platforms/products
• Provide input into product selection and standards, design, and certification.
• Adheres to firm\'s PMO, Agile Transformation and ITIL methodologies experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management.
• Maintain effective and consistent communication with teammates, peers, and the leadership team.
• Provides operational readiness activities aligned to Microsoft Teams and potentially supporting services such as SharePoint Online for Business and act as Domain Expert on Teams support and operational ownership.
• Identifies where concerns may exist in the ability to deliver services and provides appropriate support and perform targeted communication or training to ensure operations staff are ready to support.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Capability to help client\'s structure, plan, estimate, deliver, deploy, and operate the Teams services, cloud connectivity, and network infrastructures supporting an enterprise architecture.
• Adapts personal communication style to the style of others, develops rapport and stays calm under pressure or bringing up issues using advanced oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications ability to work with people in a variety of cultures, countries, and time zones.
• Experienced knowledge on MS Project Online - Implementation, Maintenance and Expert know how of Project Management
• Deep knowledge and Experience with managing MS Teams design and expert level knowledge in developing custom apps over MS Teams
• Served as the lead Engineer for Office 365 Platform services in SharePoint Online, Teams for PMO Services
• Platform Expertise using Microsoft Graph, Power Apps, Flow and O365 Groups and build technical artifacts for Engineering and operational teams.
• Good understanding of the technical aspects of the product(s) and 6+ years of relevant experience on mentioned technologies

Desirable Requirements:

• Leverage and share standard methodologies of project management with other team members.
• Effective leadership skills with an ability to manage non-direct reports within a matrix organization.
