In this role, you would be required to provide Oracle SysAdmin support including User Management, AOL setups, Setup Mailers and troubleshoot mailer issues, Join CCB calls, holding and releasing the concurrent jobs before and after the outages.Responsibilities

• User Management activities:

Create user accounts with approvals from business.
Creating and mapping employee record to user account.
Assigning Job & Position through Global HRMS Manager responsibility.
Assign responsibilities to users with approvals from business.
Assign roles if user has any Install Base responsibilities through CRM HTML Administration responsibility.
Reset the passwords for Warehouse, Telnet and Mi2K users.
Terminate or activate employee from ERP through Global HRMS Manager responsibility.
End-date user accounts or responsibilities with approvals from business.

• AOL Setups:

AOL setups like creation of responsibilities, programs, lookups etc.
SOX Audit related activities.
As per AOL setups Flex-fields/Segments, Lookups, Functions, Value sets, Messages, Profiles are created through Application Developer responsibility.
Executables, Concurrent Programs/Parameters/Incompatibilities, Responsibilities, Profile Setups, Request Groups, Request Sets and Programs Scheduling are done through System Administration responsibility.
Printer setups are also done through System Administration responsibility.
Form Personalization setups are also part of AOL setups.
Diagnostics Reports are run and submitted to user through Oracle Diagnostics Tool responsibility.

• Outages:

Every week in the CCB calls code moves will be discussed with business.
Sys-admin Holds the programs, once DBA activity is completed releases the programs from ERP and other tools.

• Cutovers:

Cutovers happen quarterly or half-yearly or annually per the business requirement and execute as per BR110 documents provided.
Support cutovers setups in 1 non prod instance (Round before Prod).
Cutover in UAT/SIT is successful, similar cutover takes place in Production.

• Mailer Issues & Setups:

Daily sanity checks are done on notification mailers to make sure that mailer is up and running fine.
Bouncing of Service Components of mailer, firing test mails and acknowledgement of the same will be done and once the mailer is up fire test mails and acknowledge.
If acknowledgement mail fails, team will coordinate with the DBA/Unix to resolve the issue.
Configuration of the mailer and clearing the junk mails if struck in mailer inbox is also part of scope.Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong communication and written skills
• Overall Good Experience in Oracle SYSADMIN support

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience in Oracle System Administration.
• Experience in Managing concurrent manager jobs.
• Experience in migrating HP PPM lines.
